As a former teacher, I advocated daily for our children to receive an education that empowers them to reach their highest, God-given potential. I will continue to advocate for all NC Children, ensuring the dignity of our children is protected. Public schools continue to fail our families. Our children's dignity matters.
We must end the social engineering in public schools by enhancing parental rights. Parents or legal guardians must retain the authority and responsibility over our children’s moral development, discipline, education, and health care. Children belong to their families, not our government.
Females deserve a fair playing field – and that means the chance to maintain girls’ sports from boys’ categories. The progressive movement continues to push policies that are pushing our daughters to the sidelines to be spectators instead of competitors. We must return to the America that promotes a competitiveness that built our Republic. The time to formulate and implement policy to affirm the rights of our biological females is now.
School choice benefits minority and substantially poor students. Credible evidence suggests that students who have access to private education have improved student achievement, and we must ensure all our children have an opportunity to strong academic programs.
I strongly believe that a durable economy is one that brings forward all communities, to include rural areas. I will stand firm on common sense economic policy protecting NC small businesses, entrepreneurs, and families. Getting people back to work is important and infrastructure is a key component of economic development. Entrepreneurship is the spirit of America, and our economic policies must protect, and encourage private investment.
Many rural NC areas are burdened with a decaying roads, water, and sewer systems that is harmful to economic growth. Together, we will advocate for our families to ensure we correct these deficiencies and prepare for future economic opportunities. Not only should we continue to update our water and sewer, but also fight for natural gas and broadband internet service providers to better position region to recruit better jobs for our much deserving families and neighbors.
Access to healthcare is critical to maintaining good health. Access to healthcare is not only a geographical issue but, in many cases, a financial concern for rural residents. Mobile healthcare clinics is one option that rural areas have been implementing to service families. There are short term and long-term goals to fully raise the quality of life for many of our families. Not only are these clinics important to provide immediate care to the people, but also a means to provide preventive healthcare screenings to better protect our at-risk populations. Opioid deaths continue to remain a challenge. Solving this crisis is a larger issue than government alone can fix and working together with various stakeholders we can bring about sustainable solutions.
As a disabled American Veteran, Founder and Former Director of a non-profit serving disabled and troubled veterans, I will advocate for veteran access to healthcare and additional support. Access to Mental Health and housing support for veterans who have entered the Harnett County Veterans Treatment Court is an area we can place more focus. While working at the Harnett County Veterans Treatment Court I witnessed treatment issues due to the lack of resources. While there have been some improvements made, this is an opportunity to bring in more stakeholders in seeking better support for stable housing, healing, and employment. Our veterans served us, and we should never forget their sacrifices.
The attempt by federal lawmakers to take over our elections is one more attempt to shred the US Constitution. According to the Democrat Controlled US Senate, " The laws governing Senate elections have evolved slowly over time. “The Constitution simply states that The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations" (Article I, section 4)." In simple terms as the US Senate claims, the Democratic Party of today is treading on dangerous grounds by stepping on states ability to manage their elections. These self-serving career politicians care nothing for individual liberties. We have seen overreach by Democratic controlled NC and Federal Courts to extend voting days and times in our NC elections. We have witnessed these same courts dilute the will of the people when the people of NC overwhelmingly voted for voter ID. NC deserves law makers who will fight for freedoms and protecting the integrity of our state elections. Election Integrity is needed. Not a method of ballot harvesting in our great State of North Carolina. I will fight to protect the people’s right to control how our elections are managed.

Policy to ensure that NCDPI follows a standard that UNBIASED content experts write the curricula for our public schools' system. In simple terms, Social Study content should be written by a licensed social studies expert who does not display a hate of others.
School huts must be approached from a safety-first standpoint. With the tragic events we have witnessed, I will fight to ensure safety is prioritized when addressing school construction and education policy.
I will fight for policy to protect and encourage small business and entrepreneurial investment. Small business and entrepreneurial spirit together comprise the backbone of American ingenuity and policy must continue to encourage private investment. Access to broad band internet and natural gas is a priority and as your representative I will work hard to bring these vital infrastructure needs to all critical areas.
My experience consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus in Public Administration and Public Policy. My Graduate Degree is a MPA in Emergency Management and Policy.
Additionally, I have written policy for the Angier ABC system and past nonprofit organizations, and it would be my honor to usher in the necessary change through policy.
